Counselling
Counselling enables people to use their resources better in order to solve life’s problems, and to maximise their potential to be successful. The personal growth that results can increase the quantity and quality of interpersonal relationships and zest for life.
Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy
TA is a theory of personality and a systematic psychotherapy for personal growth and personal change. Amongst psychological approaches, TA is outstanding in the depth of its theory and the wide variety of its applications. TA is used in the treatment of psychological disorders, from everyday living problems to severe mental illness. It provides a method of psychotherapy for use with individuals, groups, couples and families.
Eco Therapy
We incorporate our equines and other animals in our work with clients, as well as using the wonderful natural surrounding as a rich resource in our therapeutic approach. Contact us for more details or to discuss your needs and interests.
Couples Counselling
We offer a counselling service to couples that enables them to look at what is going well or less well in their relationship, how these issues arose, and what they can do about them in order to improve their relationship. Your couples counsellor will facilitate you clarifying your aims and agenda and work with you to achieve your goals.
Family Therapy
Families often benefit from a chance to discover, with specialist help, the underlying system that operates in their family. Our trained therapists can enable families to come together and learn what works well and what is less functional in the way they communicate and behave towards each other.
Clinical and Counselling Psychology
We offer reports in relation to personal injury, criminal and family cases, including pre-sentence and medic-legal reports.
Non face-to-face therapy
Although therapy usually takes place in a face to face setting, under some circumstances some people find on-line work to be their best option. It is most useful for people who are travelling, working temporarily away from home, or who are simply too far away to travel to sessions. We offer this service. Please contact us to find out more.
